This session will explore how to locate a content provider using CILC and then we will interact with the Cleveland Museum of Art, one of the many content providers associated with CILC. CILC supports and advances education through videoconferencing and other collaborative technologies. A nonprofit, CILC offers access to quality professional development and student educational content, as well as consulting and technical assistance. We will learn more about utilizing the CILC website, resources and services. We will learn how to search for content provided by one of the many content providers affiliated with CILC and how to plan to work with other schools on a topic of your choice. CILC’s content providers will help to impact student learning by engaging them in programs that: * provide exposure to ethnic, socioeconomic, and geographic diversity * make strong correlations to the real world through access to subject experts. * create a cost-effective, borderless way for schools to incorporate creative instruction within a solid curriculum. * inspire collaboration between students, classrooms, and educators.
